Life threw me a whirlwind of challenges and opportunities, and I found myself juggling my therapist practice, building a social media presence, and writing a book. Somewhere in the middle of all that, my newly started blog got a little neglected. For those of you who stuck around, thank you for your patience. For those just joining, welcome!
