My Philosophy
I believe laughter is essential, music is healing, and joy can be found in the smallest acts. I believe cuss words are words for a reason. I believe in magic, potions and that Angels walk among us. I believe in the kindness of strangers and the goodness of The Divine.
While some people move through this life with ease others struggle to find purpose, happiness and connection. I believe trauma, grief, abuse, generational curses and negative energies are just a few of the barriers that keep kind-hearted and loving people from living a life that reflects their spirit. How we were raised, who raised us and what they instilled in us sometimes plays a big part in how we see ourselves in the world.
I believe there are people who are kinder to others than they are to themselves. Some of us don’t know where the people-pleasing and self-deprecating behavior comes from but know it needs to stop. Others aren’t sure why they’ve always been different, why they feel so deeply, why they’re the “black sheep”, why they have a hard time connecting with people or why they “just know” stuff sometimes. These are the beautiful souls I’ve been guided to help.
